Hot Stone

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. 


Deep Tissue & Swedish

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time as well as treats chronic back pain and helps to lower high blood pressure


Swedish Massage is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It increases self-awareness, improves circulation, quality of sleep  and reduces anxiety.

Grounding Principles of Bodywork

The work I practice is grounded in the body's innate ability to heal itself. I find that our bodies have everything necessary to heal and grow. Sometimes one just needs guidance and a hand to hold along the journey.With the participation of my clients, we work together to find the stories and moments stuck in the body that are creating pain in the body or simply holding us back emotionally.In the beginning, the sessions can be considered training and development, in terms of feeling and sensing within your body. Not every session in created equal. Every person may react differently at first depending on where they are emotionally and based on their body's ability to open and experience. Some days hidden things come to the surface and you may experience a rush of emotions or memories. It is crucial to honor and trust what shows itself. Other days you will come in, already working with a specific issue and are emotionally more open. Sometimes this is the key to fully resolving an event and processing it in the body.

Although my work primarily focuses on women and their journey, I will gratefully accept all clients, ready to serve as needed.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Bodywork is a must for all mothers.  We spend so much time growing and changing to support the life growing in us- but need to care for ourselves as well.  Massage is a way to support and nourish yourself- not a lavish experience that  you can put off for another day.  There is abundance all around - and you deserve it!

Prenatal Massage can be modified to target whatever is happening in the moment with your body and your journey.  It is also a moment to pause, reflect, and feel; while connecting to your baby.

Sometimes we physically feel great, but our thoughts and emotions are overrun with concerns and care for others.  This is the time to care for yourself and be open to breaking old thought patterns and live into new possibilities.

After 38 weeks, we can also discuss natural initiation massage that supports your body’s process of opening and surrendering.  This process is also a mindful session to communicate your desires and needs with your baby. 

Postpartum Massage and Energy Balancing

Postpartum Massage and Energy Balancing is very close to my heart.  Birth takes us so far out beyond our body.  The life force that comes through to birth a child leaves a woman open to all the elements of the world.  A postpartum massage not only helps provide support and balance of hormones, but also brings a woman back to herself, her body, and her edges.  This work is  rich and deep.  The session gives a mother a moment to reflect and own her experience, while feeling renewed and humbled.

All postpartum bodywork is done in the mother’s home, with baby close by.  It is the time to take advantage of any friends and family in town for support, so that you may have a moment.  It is also possible to have baby on the table while nursing so that you may still receive your session.  Postpartum, is just that, unpredictable, emotional, and beautiful.  Every session follows a natural flow that supports both you and your newborn.

It is especially important to note that not all births are easy.  Some are long, strenous, surprising, and unnerving.  With experience in working with Postpartum Depression, please feel free to be authentic.  This is the work I do.  This is where my heart lies, giving support and holding space so you may re-journey as necessary to release, shift, and reorganize your thoughts.   It is your time to feel fully all that is there, the light and the dark.
